Sentidos Olive Oil<\/h3>\n

Based on an extensive farming approach, our olive oils benefit from a natural cycle whereby the olives are protected with white clay during the growth period, picked and selected by hand, milled immediately and the oil extracted with minimal intervention and the solids returned to the soil as organic material.<\/p>\n

Sentidos Verjus<\/h3>\n

With the aim of reviving the use of the\u00a0acidic juice of unripe grapes in Portuguese\u00a0gastronomy, we also produce verjus. This is a condiment that was used throughout Europe and the Middle East before the lemon was brought to Europe from Asia. Subsequently, verjus fell somewhat into oblivion.<\/p>\n

The mildly acidic\u00a0verjus is used in the modern kitchen in\u00a0similar ways to vinegar and lemon juice.<\/p>\n

However, the acidity is milder than that of vinegar\u00a0and the flavour more diverse and finer than\u00a0that of lemon juice.<\/p>\n

Verjus, an ideal complement to\u00a0our olive oils.<\/p>\n
