IDENTITY

Small batch (255 litres) of wild–fermented experimental wine.

TASTING NOTES

Delicate ruby red with some turbidity.
Aroma of red fruits and flowers with hints of yeast.
In the mouth it is delicate, fresh, versatile and easy going.

SERVICE & PAIRING

Serve at 14 – 16ºC. Goes well with pasta dishes, pizza, salty cheese.

VINIFICATION & AGEING

Experimental wine – fermentation and ageing in used French oak barrel – 18 months .

Unfiltered and unfined.
