IDENTITY

White wine made with four red grape varieties (Blanc de noir). Light, dry and easy wine for everyday consumption.

TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow colour with very slight hints of pink. Intense fruity aroma, reminiscent of citrus fruits and cantaloupe. Easy, light wine with lots of fruit on the finish. Straightforward.

SERVICE & PAIRING

Serve between 7 and 10ºC. Harmonises well with sea fish, salads, seafood or just enjoy on its own.

VINIFICATION & AGEING

Free run juice from whole cluster pressing of red grapes, fermented in stainless steel. Ageing on fine lees for 4 months in stainless steel vats.
