IDENTITY

A light, pleasing, only briefly extracted and yet barrel-aged red wine for every day.

TASTING NOTES

The wine displays a beautiful rich pomegranate colour. The nose is exuberant and invigorating, filled with fresh aromas of blackberries followed by a light sense of oak. The palate stays consistent with the aromas, presenting round and elegant berry flavours that culminate on the palate with a beautiful note of black spice.

SERVICE & PAIRING

Serve at 14 – 16ºC. Goes well with everyday dishes or on its own.

VINIFICATION & AGEING

Grapes from carefully tended vines with strong yield reduction. Strict manual selection. Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tank, short extraction on skins to accentuate the fruity character. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.

Completely handmade and unfined.
